At Hermit’s Nest Retreat, you are greeted with a warm heart and a kind smile. You are in a safe, nurturing space, where you can let your guard down, relax and allow me to look after you for a while…

 

I will begin by creating a warm nest for you to snuggle into, with heated soft towels and blankets to make you feel safe, secure and cared for. The fire will be on, gentle calming music will be playing and the warm glow from subdued lighting will create the space you need to allow yourself to let go off all your worries and responsibilities 

 

Your signature facial will begin with a few deep breaths to help you feel grounded and an aromatherapy massage to your décolletage, upper arms, shoulders and neck using warm nourishing oils

 

When your shoulders have eased, I will double cleanse your skin with hydrating Rose & Almond, exfoliate gently with my oat, honey and brown sugar skin polish and tone with botanical water. A warm hot towel will then be used before I apply a Rose petal masque and Rose Gold Hyaluronic under eye gel patches which contain vitamins and antioxidants to promote healthy cell regeneration, combat the signs of aging and deeply hydrate this delicate area

 

While your masque is working it’s magic, I will perform an arm and hand massage, using heated wax to soften the skin and ease aching joints. Your hands will be wrapped in film and snuggled in mitts before I begin your scalp ritual

 

Warm Argan and coconut hair treatment oil is poured directly onto your scalp and a combination of Indian head massage techniques are used to de-stress and remove any tension you are carrying.

 

The final stages of your facial are a nourishing face massage and rose quartz Gua Sha to refine pores, reduce puffiness and stress held in the face muscles and wonderful healing Reiki 

 

The outcome is glowing replenished skin and relaxation to mind, body and spirit with a renewed optimism 

 

When you are ready, I will gently guide you to sit in the chair, wrap yourself in a blanket, offer you a replenishing home made fruit water and let you just be for a little while, and when you are ready to leave the Nest, I hope you’ll find some of the worries you came in with have melted away and you are ready to step into a world where your health and well-being, are a priority.
